Hello and welcome to my (updated) review of Teeka Tiwari’s Freedom 2022 event.
I first stumbled across this presentation on the Palm Beach Research Group website before it went live on January 12, 2022. And, after attending the event, I decided to update this post.
In short, Teeka’s Freedom 2022 event is about the metaverse and how he believes the best way to invest in this space is through pre-IPO deals. In other words, he recommends investing in companies before their Initial Public Offering (IPO).
He calls this the “Blueprint Path” and says there’s far more potential with this approach compared to the “Hype Hole” approach of buying shares on IPO day.
Teeka also talked about some of his picks during the presentation. One metaverse pick is a cryptocurrency called Enjin which he revealed for free. Another was a pre-IPO metaverse pick which he reveals in the “Blueprint Path” report. And Teeka mentions two other pre-IPO deals in a second report called “Palm Beach Venture’s Top Pre-IPO Recommendations of 2022.”
The only way to access those reports, however, is to join Palm Beach Venture for $2,500. So in this post, I’ll walk you through Teeka’s Freedom 2022 prediction, discuss his metaverse picks, and shed some light on Palm Beach Venture to help you decide if it’s worth it or not.
What Is the Freedom 2022 Event?
Freedom 2022 is an online event featuring Teeka Tiwari that took place on the palmbeachgroup.com website on January 12th, 2022. And, as of writing this update on January 18, there’s a replay available on the same site.
As mentioned, the focus of the event was the metaverse.
What’s that?
The term metaverse is used to describe 3D virtual worlds where people can interact socially, play games, and be immersed in a totally digital world. And these virtual worlds are normally accessed through a virtual reality and/or augmented reality headset.
It’s not just about games, though.
According to Harvard Business Review, there are plenty of business applications for the metaverse. For example, things like manufacturing, logistics, employee training, and team collaboration could all potentially benefit from this technology.
So, while the technology is still in its infancy, there’s a lot of potential with the metaverse across a range of domains.
Does that mean you should invest in the metaverse?
Well, for starters, there is no “one” metaverse. Similar to the crypto space where you can’t just “invest in blockchain,” to invest in the metaverse, you need to learn about the different companies in the space and figure out where you want to place your chips.
And, as I’ll explain in the next section, there’s a very specific way in which Teeka Tiwari recommends getting into the metaverse space during the presentation. He calls this the “Blueprint Path” and suggests it’s superior to investing in regular IPOs.
Teeka Tiwari’s Pre-IPO Metaverse “Blueprint Path” Explained
According to Teeka Tiwari, there’s a “frenzy” in the metaverse IPO space right now. In other words, there are lots of new metaverse startups going public.
An IPO is when a private company issues new shares to the public for the first time. And to be clear, this is not the type of investment Teeka Tiwari recommends during the presentation.
In fact, quite the opposite. During the Freedom 2022 presentation, Teeka likened buying shares on IPO day to the “Hype Hole” approach. And the reason has to do with how IPOs work.
In short, before a company IPOs (i.e., when it first launches on the stock exchange), private equity firms, hedge funds, and institutional investors can purchase shares of the company through a pre-IPO placement, a private sale of large blocks of shares before the company IPOs.
In other words, cashed-up investors get “first dibs” on shares before the company goes public.
Then, on IPO day, what often happens is less experienced retail investors jump in on the hype, the stock rallies, and then crashes shortly after.
Why? As Teeka explains, because the investors who paid rock bottom prices for shares during pre-IPO end up selling on IPO day, or shortly thereafter. And that, in turn, can leave retail “holding the bag” because they bought in later than the pre-IPO investors.
This doesn’t always happen, though. And there are countless examples of regular people who’ve made generational wealth without ever touching a single pre-IPO deal. For example, anyone who bought companies like Amazon, Tesla, or Netflix (well after IPO) could’ve done very well.
Not to mention, one of the main reasons speculating on private companies is regulated and (in some cases) limited to accredited investors is to protect people from losing money given the high levels of risk associated with this sort of thing.
In any case, Teeka makes a compelling argument about the difference between IPO and pre-IPO deals during the Freedom 2022 presentation. He refers to the former as the “Hype Hole” approach and the latter as the “Blueprint Path.”
How do you invest in pre-IPO deals?
Teeka Tiwari explains that you don’t need to be an accredited investor to follow his picks. And, while it’s unclear what method of investing in pre-IPOs he’s recommending, one popular way to access these types of deals is through equity crowdfunding sites like WeFunder or StartEngine.
These sites allow everyday investors to speculate on private, early-stage companies, and in some cases, you don’t need to be earning a certain amount of money, or have a high net worth to participate. In other words, you don’t always need to be an accredited investor.
I don’t know if that’s how Teeka is suggesting betting on his top pre-IPO pick, but that is one of the simplest ways to bet on pre-IPOs that I know of, anyway.
So, to sum it up, Teeka Tiwari is bullish on the rise of the metaverse, to the point he says it’s the biggest trend he’s seen since crypto. And he believes the best way to invest in the metaverse is through pre-IPO deals. In particular, there’s one pre-IPO metaverse company he’s bullish on.

What Is Teeka Tiwari’s Pre-IPO Metaverse Pick?
There are two main metaverse recommendations Teeka discusses during the Freedom 2022 event. One he shares for free, the other he shares with subscribers of Palm Beach Venture.
The free metaverse pick Teeka Tiwari shares is a cryptocurrency called Enjin Coin (ENJ). According to Teeka, this crypto is “at the forefront of the metaverse trend,” and he shared this pick for free for those who don’t want to invest in pre-IPO deals, like the next pick he talks about.
Teeka’s next metaverse pick is a pre-IPO recommendation. However, as mentioned, he doesn’t share this one in the presentation. Instead, he reveals it in a research report called “The Blueprint Path: How to Invest in Big T’s First-Ever Pre-IPO Metaverse Recommendation.”
This report contains the details of Teeka Tiwari’s first-ever pre-IPO metaverse pick, including all the details about how to secure shares.
Unfortunately, he doesn’t reveal many clues about this pick during the presentation, either. The only real clue he shares is that it’s a metaverse gaming pre-IPO pick. In other words, the company is in the metaverse video gaming niche.
Aside from those metaverse picks, Teeka also mentions that there are two other pre-IPO deals he’s interested in that don’t appear to be metaverse related. And he shares the details in a second report called “Palm Beach Venture’s Top Pre-IPO Recommendations of 2022.”
How do you access these reports? The only way to access the above reports and get Teeka Tiwari’s pre-IPO stock picks is to subscribe to Palm Beach Venture for $2,500.
So, let’s take a look at what Palm Beach Venture is and how it works. But first, let me give you the heads up about Teeka Tiwari, the man behind the service.
Who Is Teeka Tiwari?
Teeka Tiwari (or “Big T” as the site calls him) is a former hedge fund manager and editor of The Palm Beach Letter, Palm Beach Research Group’s flagship stock advisory service.
He’s also the editor of at least six other services that I know of, most of which are higher-end services that cost hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars to join. One of which is Palm Beach Venture, which is the service he pitches in the Freedom 2022 event.
I’ve written about other presentations by Teeka on this site before and uncovered some of his stock picks in the process. He recommends technology and crypto-related investments for the most part, and he does boast an impressive track record.
For example, he recommended bitcoin and Apple in the early days, and many other opportunities he says have seen triple and quadruple-digit gains.
Of course, not everything has worked out that well. And even though all investments carry risk, investing in emerging technology companies can be very speculative. So you should expect that not all of his picks will make you money.
What Is Palm Beach Venture?
Palm Beach Venture is an advisory service run by Teeka Tiwari of Palm Beach Research Group focused on investment opportunities that Teeka believes could see 10x–500x returns.
Here’s how the company website puts it:
“Teeka and his elite, hedge fund-level team scour the globe, tracking down the best sweetheart deals you’ve only read about.”
“Their goal is to profit from untapped markets propelled by massive, unstoppable trends. And cash in on deals that can make 10x–500x returns before the mainstream hops on board.”
According to Palm Beach Research Group, Teeka shares the primary strategy he used to create wealth, which he says could help everyday investors access “the kind of deals once reserved for the ultra-wealthy,” like the pre-IPO deals he talks about in the Freedom 2022 pitch.
As a subscriber of Palm Beach Venture, you receive a new issue of the service each month which contains Teeka’s latest investment recommendations, insights, and updates on the positions he’s recommended in the model portfolio.
You also get at least one pre-IPO recommendation each quarter according to the website.
How much does it cost?
The retail price of Palm Beach Venture is $5,000 per year, but if you sign up through the Freedom 2022 presentation, it costs $2,500 for 12 months’ access.
There are no cash refunds on this service, either. However, you can request a refund credit to use on another Palm Beach Research Group service within your first 90 days if you’re not satisfied.
Bottom Line
Teeka Tiwari’s Freedom 2022 event is all about investing in the metaverse through pre-IPO deals, using an approach he refers to as the “Blueprint Path.”
I’m not an expert in early-stage companies or pre-IPO deals. However, I know enough to know that, while there might be a lot of potential upside if you pick the right companies, there’s also a significant amount of risk involved in this sort of thing.
Why? For one thing, there’s no guarantee that the private company you invest in will actually go public. And even if it does, there’s no guarantee it’ll succeed. This is especially true when it comes to early-stage tech companies in emerging sectors like the metaverse.
So, pre-IPO deals are essentially high-risk, high potential reward plays. That doesn’t mean they’re good or bad, it just means you need to consider what’s right for you.
Should you join Palm Beach Venture to access Teeka’s picks?
I’m not a member of Palm Beach Venture. However, Teeka Tiwari does have a solid track record, and he undoubtedly shares some decent opportunities with subscribers. So it could be worth checking out if you like the idea of betting on emerging trends and pre-IPO deals.
However, keep in mind that there are no cash refunds on Palm Beach Venture. And, as with any advisory, there’s no guarantee you’ll make money. In fact, you could even lose money.
That doesn’t make Teeka’s presentation or service a scam; it’s not. But at the same time, Palm Beach Venture isn’t going to suit everyone. So whether or not it’s worth it will depend on things like your investing preferences, budget, and goals.
Anyway, that’s it from me.
