Bill Poulos’ Uncharted Profits Daily Review (Worth Buying?)

Today I’m looking into a daily investing email service from Bill Poulos called Uncharted Profits Daily. Bill is an investing guru who creates a lot of helpful content on his sites, so I thought I’d take a closer look to see what this was all about.

The cost of the service is between $7 to $49 (depending on which membership option you choose). And, as a subscriber, you get lifetime access to Bill’s daily investing emails along with other resources like a training video and trade calculator, to help you trade successfully.

What’s Uncharted Profits Daily About?

Uncharted Profits Daily is a daily investing email service created by Bill Poulos, who runs a financial publishing company called Profit Run, Inc.

The service is aimed at helping subscribers trade options, and there’s no “recommended stocks” list or multi-page newsletter or anything, it’s literally just an email that is sent to you each day.

And while each email is different, the core focus is mostly about making money by trading short-term options contracts. So you get Bill’s options trade ideas each day, as well as his related insights, delivered to your inbox.

What’s options trading about?

Well, let me start by saying options are a little confusing and can be quite risky. So you should definitely continue your research on this beyond my blog post here, if you’re unsure.

That said, basically, options allow you to speculate on short-term price movements in the stock market. So instead of buying the underlying stock, you’re more or less betting on the price going up or down.

The plus side to options is you can make more money in less time, because you can use leverage to speculate on the price of a given stock rising or falling.

And from what I can tell, the reason he uses the options strategy, at least according to the Profits Run website, is because he and his team believe that the traditional buy and hold investing strategy is too risky, since it doesn’t shield you from huge market crashes.

So Bill takes a more “get in and out” of the market approach with this service, which seems to fit in well with his core investing philosophy of not buying and holding as most people do.

What Do You Get If You Join?

As a member of Uncharted Profits Daily, the main thing you get access to is the daily investing email. This contains Bill Poulos’ latest options trade ideas and insights he shares exclusively with those who join.

However, members also receive access to Bill Poulos’ flagship email newsletter service, called “Unseen Opportunity” where Bill shares his “unfiltered and unique perspective on the most important financial ideas each week.”

At the end of the day, regardless of which membership option you choose, the main idea as a subscriber is to take what you learn from Bill and hopefully use it to make money doing options trading. So for the most part, you’re hoping Bill’s strategies and trade ideas pay off.

Who Is Bill Poulos – Real Investing Guru?

Bill Poulos is the co-founder of Profits Run, Inc and the man behind the Uncharted Profits Daily service, along with a bunch of other services that are sold on the Profits Run website.

According to his profile on billpoulos.com, he got his start working for General Motors, where he says his main role was helping build better, safer cars.

From here, he co-founded Profits Run, Inc with his son, Gregory Poulos, which is a publishing company that provides content and services for all types of investors.

It’s not quite as well-known as other publishers I’ve written about on this blog, like Money Map Press or Banyan Hill Publishing for example. But it does seem to cater towards people interested in Bill’s investing strategy of making money with options as safely as possible.

Which, according to the Profits Run website, is largely modeled on trading and investing strategies developed by experts like Bernard Baruch.

Bill’s also an author who’s published several books on trading and finance. For example, “Simple Options Trading For Beginners: How to trade options from A to Z explained” and “The 5 Most Dangerous Trends Threatening Your Portfolio” which are available on Amazon.

So he’s a real investing guru, and he seems like a very knowledgable man who puts a lot of effort into educating people on how to trade the markets.

Is Uncharted Profits Daily Worth It?

Getting access to Bill Poulos’ daily trade ideas for $7 seems like a pretty good deal to me. Especially given his knowledge and experience within the world of options trading.

And there’s also a 60 day money-back guarantee in place so if you signup and aren’t happy with the service during your first couple months, you can request a refund.

Not to mention, if you pay extra, you get access to his trade calculator and options trading video which might help you get even better results with the service.

So it’s a legitimate service run by a real investing guru.

However, I personally wouldn’t join expecting to get rich quick or hoping that, just by following Bill’s trade ideas, you’ll make lots of money.

Because trading options is risky no matter which way you cut it.

Even legitimate trading gurus like Bill Poulos, who run real services like Uncharted Profits Daily, get it wrong from time to time. So it’s always important to understand the risks involved and educate yourself thoroughly before speculating in the markets.

And while this service does provide lots of helpful insight, it isn’t dedicated to educating you on everything you need to know. It’s more of a “daily trade ideas” email.

So you may need to join some of Profit Run’s other services that he’s part of, like Premium Income Alert, which costs around $2K, to learn more about his strategies. Or at the very least, pick up one of his books so you can learn more about his methods.
