The jewelry only costs $5 a piece, so it’s not as if you’re going to be making a killing on each sale. And that might be enough for some people to dismiss this as a bad business idea. But when each customer is buying dozens of pieces over time, it quickly adds up.

They know they are catering to an addiction niche, which is full of repeat buyers. So even though these pieces sell at a mere $5 a pop, the lifetime value of each customer is much higher.
What do I mean by “addiction niche”?
Well, many Paparazzi Jewelry customers are going to continue buying these products out of habit or addiction. And the company knows this. They even go as far as to encourage you to “feed your habit” by purchasing more of their jewelry. Because at the end of the day, that’s where the money is made. Through lots of smaller purchases.
I must admit, I do find this type of marketing a bit opportunistic. I mean, some people probably have a real problem with wasting money on this stuff.
But I guess it depends on how you look at it.

This is because labor is cheaper and as long as you have strict quality control guidelines in place, and a fair work environment for the workers, it’s a win win for all. And it’s one of the main reasons the jewelry is available at such a low cost.
How Much Can You Earn Selling Paparazzi Jewelry?
Consultants earn a 45% commission on any jewerly sold, which is a high commission rate for a physical product (Amazon pays less than 10%). But given that each piece of jewelry only costs $5, that still only works out to a $2.25 commission per piece.
So you’d need to be selling tons of jewelry to make real money. I mean, at least 50-100 pieces per day to replace your day job.

Method 3: If you decide to build your team, and start earning commissions, the company pays commissions by check based on whatever you earn, once you meet the minimum $20 payment threshold.

How Do You Sell Paparazzi Jewelry?
Most people who sell Paparazzi Jewelry rely on friends and family. It is called “network marketing” after all, so it has a lot to do with networking with people.
I was in MLM once upon a time and this was one of the worst aspects about it. Instead of selling products people wanted, to people who wanted them, I was running around pitching everyone I knew.

No, Paparazzi Jewelry is not a scam, it’s a legitimate product that represents real world value. And the company behind it, Paparazzi Accessories, is not a scam or pyramid scheme either.
A pyramid scheme is where a company sells a membership to people who go out and sell memberships to other people, and so on. The entire thing is about mass recruiting, and there are no real products involved.
Of course, there are example of product based pyramid schemes too. Which is where the product isn’t worth much if anything, it’s just kind of thrown in to make it look legit. When in reality the whole thing is about recruiting
There really is a fine line between a legit MLM and a pyramid scheme.
So it’s no wonder most people get this confused and aren’t really sure. Especially given the extreme differences of opinion out there.
For example, on one hand, you’ve got MLM consultants who believe pyramid schemes don’t even exist (they do). Then you’ve got people who think everything’s a scam. Or people who failed at making money, and who are bitter, so they throw shade on legit companies.
It’s hard to know who to believe.
Either way, pyramid schemes are illegal in most parts of the world. That is a fact. And Paparazzi Accessories has not been shutdown for being an illegal pyramid scheme. So regardless of your opinion, or anyone else’s they are operating a legitimate company, until proven otherwise.
And personally, I don’t believe they’re secretly running a scam either. Because real customers are buying real products, that represent real world value.
