Profit With Mike (PWM Live) is a blatant scam and will not help you make money online. In fact, this is one of the lowest of the low scams I’ve reviewed to date. Really.
After reading this review, you will see exactly what I mean…
What Is Profit With Mike?
According to the sales video you are getting access to a 100% free profit website and traffic system. It was created byDavid M Beeson (AKA Michael Beeson) who says he’ll show you how to make $1000’s online in a short amount of time.
He also says you are going to get $100 if you don’t make money today with his ‘super secret’ system and that “you are going to be saving the planet” by purchasing his program…
This is complete and utter bullshit. All of it.
It’s hard to put into words just how bad PWM really is and it genuinely makes me angry to see how blatantly they are ripping people off. Unfortunately, this is all too common online.
It turns out this is actually an old scam known as “Profit With Michael” that was around back in 2014. Whoever’s really behind this has simply renamed it to “PWM Live” and continues ripping people off.
When I was watching the sales video one of the first things that came to mind was how similar this was to a program I recently reviewed named Profit With Jack. This was confirmed when I noticed the browser tab. The underlying program is exactly the same.
The Real Cost Involved
One of the main things you are continually promised is how the whole system is 100% free. After giving these people your name and email address you eventually land on a page that reveals that this is not free.
The true cost is $1.95 for 7 days and then $97 per month thereafter. Addittionally, after you pay the $1.95 you are put through 3 upsells before you are even allowed into the members area.
Upsell #1 ($99)
For $99 they are apparently going to be “submitting your website to the search engines” which is going to unleash tons of free traffic for you. Part of how I personally make money online is by building websites, getting them ranked in the search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing and monetising them. That is why when I saw this there was no doubt in my mind the kind of scammers I was dealing with here.
FACT: You only need to submit your website to Google and Bing, no other submission matters. Period. This takes about 15 minutes and is completely free to do. This is important but it does NOT make you any money in itself, it is just part of the process of building a website. Paying $99 for this is nothing short of a total ripp off. Plain and simple.
In fact, I personally show people how to build a free website and get it indexed into Google and Bing without any cost whatsoever.
Upsell #2 ($147)
For $147 Michael is apparently going to submit your website to the top 500 directories using his ‘special connections’ with those on the ‘inside’. Not sure who is referring to but I do know there is zero need or benefit to doing this whatsoever. This is not going to help you get traffic or make money I can assure you. Another blatant rip off.
Upsell #3 ($297)
At this stage you are offered 1000 visitors to your website for $297. There is no way to substantiate where this traffic is coming from and after everything else I’ve seen there is no way I’m buying into this.
You Don’t Actually Get a Website
As useless as all of those upsells are, there is one underlying factor that makes this even worse. You do not even get a website! After logging into the members area there is no mention of this website whatsoever. None.
All they give you is an affiliate link to the same website you just joined through so that you can then go out and get others to join the same program.
Getting this affiliate link is free and anyone can get one. In this case you would get an affiliate link for this program through ClickBetter.
The $100 guarantee is Fake
Over and over again we are told that there is no risk and that you are being given $100 if you don’t make money today. There is not one shred of credibility to this. This is not even mentioned in the members area and I am willing to bet that not one single person is ever going to be getting this.
How It Works
You are essentially paying $97 per month for nothing. I am honestly not exaggerating here. All you receive is an affiliate link which is free for anyone who signs up to the ClickBetter affiliate network.
When you pay your $97, whoever you joined through will earn a commission and when you refer others you’ll earn a commission. In other words, this is nothing more than a recruiting scheme that pays old members with new member investment.
To lure people in you are given an email marketing platform to buy subscribers from and traffic packages costing between $55-$397. Your job will pretty much be to rent an email list and spam people into joining the same system as well as buy traffic to send to your affiliate link.
Could you make money? Possibly. But I doubt it.
Not to mention, this will cost you WAY more than you think, because you’re only shown how to buy traffic and send that traffic to scam offers. This is not the best approach to building a legitimate and profitable business. Not even close.
What I Liked
- You might be able to get a refund through ClickBetter
What I Didn’t Like
- Extremely deceptive marketing tactics
- You don’t even get a website
- New spin on an old scam plus there are several other versions like Profit With Jack
- Claim it’s free when it’s not
- Recruiting scheme
- No value in paying $97 per month
- Promoting crap like this is a really bad way to start building an online business
I could go on about how terrible this is but I think you can see my point. The whole thing is fake (including the testimonial) and unfortunately it’s not going to help you make money online. This will likely continue operating and when enough people catch on, they’ll simply change their name again and keep scamming.
The good news is that making money online with a website IS entirely possible. In fact, it’s one of the most cost effective and profitable ways to get started online. The main reason for this is that you don’t need to pay for traffic to make money. It does take work and you do need to right tools, training and support but it is possible.
Programs like PWM are not trying to help you do any of this, they are simply trying to take your hard earned money. I recommend avoiding this scam completely.
It's true... most people fail to make money online. Despite the wealth of opportunity that currently exists, there's a mountain of misinformation and bunk programs out there.
Thankfully, there is a real way for the average person to start a profitable online business. I know because I've done it myself. Here's how I went from $0 to $8k plus per month online.
