The Company: Premier Income Plan PiP
Founder & CEO: Rodney Brace
Startup Cost: $79 + $59 per month
This company specialises in web based tools to help entrepreneurs within the network marketing space build and grow their business more successfully. They also provide an income opportunity to go with it. I think this company has it's good points but like anything, there are drawbacks.
About Premier Income Plan (PiP)
The company officially launched in October 2014 according to the company blog and specialise in a set of web communication tools distributed through a network marketing business model. The company's founder is Rodney Brace who is also the CEO of Hyphen Tech Inc. which began in 2000. This is PiP's parent company.
Recent YouTube videos and other reviews suggest that this company in fact only recently launched in early 2016 which is odd.
Here's a screenshot I took of the PiP blog:
I have no idea what this is all about, it could indicate a possible failed launch but that's just speculation.
Rodney himself doesn't appear to be some kind of mlm guru, to me he seems more like a genuine software developer providing people with innovative products along with a reasonable income opportunity to sell those products.
What Are These Products About?
There are 4 main products of which the company claims are:
- The best online communication products in the industry
- Super affordable in comparison to other options
- Totally original and not re-packaged
I'll go through my thoughts on these products so you can see how they stack up against their claims. I'm not a tech guru so this is really just my own thoughts on these and how I would value them in my online business endeavours.
Audio Video Conferencing: This is a web based webinar platform with some pretty cool features. You can connect with up to 500 people at at a time in up to 10 simultaneous streaming sessions. It allows you to conduct a 'face time' webinar through your webcam, whatever is on your screen like a powerpoint presentation or both.
There's also room for advertising banners, branding and it comes with a built in auto-responder to remind people of your upcoming webinars.
Website Communicator: This is actually pretty cool in my opinion. This allows your website visitors, admin or people you work with connect with you in real time via video, chat or audio. The system works by allowing your website visitors to click a box that will alert you that someone is looking to connect.
All you need to do is accept that request and begin communicating via webcam.
You can also just 'pop up' on whatever page your visitors are on and greet them or invite them to join a session already live streaming. There are some great possibilities with this to connect with your website visitors and especially if you're in an mlm company.
Video Email Postcards: If you have an email list then this might be a tool that could help you better connect with your audience and increase conversions in the process. The keyword here is might, I haven't used video email before so I can't really say how effective this is. I recommend checking out some articles on this to educate yourself further.
VAPPSY: This is an app that allows your customers to post video reviews about your services which you can then upload to your website or anywhere else for the world to see. Testimonials are a powerful metric in terms of converting visitors into sales so if this tool makes it easier for you, why not!
My overall conclusion about the products is that they seem genuinely helpful and come in at a reasonable price of $79.95 for the first month and $59.95 each month thereafter.
This is primarily a tool for network marketers and one that could very well leverage to their advantage if they are wiling to put in the time and effort. Building a website and connecting with them via live video is WAY better than chasing family and friends any day of the week in my opinion.
There was a few things I didn't like though...
Firstly, when I tried to contact the company using their own website communicating tool nothing happened..? Pretty sure that's not a great sign lol!
Second, there was a clear contradiction when it came to the payment amount and refund policy. On one hand the website states the products are $59 (shown in picture above) and come with a 7 day refund policy:
Then once you go forward and commit to buying they are asking for $79 upfront and $59 thereafter... with NO refund policy at all. What the?
It might just be an oversight but this really should be fixed... like ASAP in my opinion. This kind of thing can unnecessarily lose the company credibility when it may be nothing more than an innocent mistake.
Lastly, I couldn't find on the distributors replicated websites were people could just buy the product package without 'joining' the opportunity. The cost of the product package and the process is the same to join the opportunity as it is to buy the products. I'm not a big fan of this since the products should be able to stand on their own.
I did manage to find one website where he is selling the 'Website Communicator' tool on it's own after doing some digging so that's a good sign.

A Look At The Opportunity
The company doesn't provide a compensation plan which I'm never a fan of but depending on which website you land on (there are a few variations) there is some decent info that explains what you need to know.
I found this compensation plan video made by Rodney himself that explains the whole thing quite well. I'm posting this for education purposes only and to help you grasp the business model a bit easier:
How You Can Earn
Fast Start Bonus: This pays you a one time $20 bonus on your 1st and 2nd direct referrals and $30 from your 3rd direct referral onwards infinitely wide.
You earn nothing on the first 2 people that your first 2 direct referrals sponsor but their 3rd referral onwards pays you $20 each one time when they first sign up. You'll get this same $20 commission infinite levels deep from the first 2 people that these ones refer- see the red pentagons below.
From your 3rd direct referral onwards you'll earn a $20 bonus for their first 2 referrals and their first two referrals and so on, infinitely deep- see the purple pentagons below.
Monthly Residuals: This works on a forced 3x8 matrix system that is different from what I explained above. In this structure you automatically get all of the same people in the above downline placed into this downline as well to provide you with a recurring income.
You can only ever earn 3 wide on your first level and this is continued down the line 8 levels deep.
Whenever someone gets their third person that's it. New recruits are then placed on the next level which means you are helping people you sponsor get new referrals while building your own business. You might also get free referrals from your up line due to their 'spill over'.
In other words, even though you cannot see this, you are in someone else's matrix and when they refer people they have to go somewhere. Since everyone can only have 3 people they are 'forced' to give you some of theirs. Win win.
Of course, the amount of 'spill over' you'll get (if any) depends largely on who you sign up under. It's never a good idea to come into one of these things with the mindset that someone else will do the work for you. To succeed you MUST put the work in, plain and simple. This is just a possible bonus you might receive.
That said, the matrix system overall is something I find to be half decent and potentially very profitable in comparison to other companies I've seen. Level 7 is a full time income and only requires 2187 people in your downline which is very achievable over time.
To put things in perspective...
I recently did a review of an mlm scam known as the National Wealth Centre that uses a 4x10 forced matrix. Their system literally requires you to have over 175,000 people in your downline to make around 25k per month! They use this ridiculous '2up' system that looks great on paper until you spend way too much time digging into as I did lol! To reach the full income potential of 51k per month their plan requires almost 700,000 people in your organisation... and here's the kicker- they run around telling people they'll do this in their first 10 months!
Anyway, it goes without saying that this is lightyears ahead of that rubbish so it's certainly not the worst comp plan I've seen.
100% Matching Bonus: You are also eligible to earn a 100% match on whatever your first 3 recruits earn themselves within this matrix system which is pretty cool.
Re-Entry: This is where you can earn a 're-entry into the matrix'... all you need to do is decide if you want to take the blue or the red pill? Lol, bad jokes aside this pretty decent. What this means is that you can re-insert yourself and start this matrix downline again before it hits the 8 levels deep cut off and keep building down to infinity.
To earn this you need to sponsor 3, who each get 3 and to 'activate it you must directly sponsor 3 people under this new position within 60 days which seems fair. You can re-enter as many times as you can earn these so the $32,817 matrix cap is not going to stop you from earning this way.
UPDATE July 2016: According to a recent comment from a PiP affiliate, the 're-entry' system has since been removed from the compensation plan.
PiP Builder Genie System: This is something I haven't seen any company do to date. If you choose to use it, the 'genie' system automatically gives you your first three direct referrals (or wherever you need them most in your downline) for which you'll pay them back later on. Once you get these three you'll give up your 'Fast Start Bonus' commissions (the ones I explained earlier) back to the company and all of these commissions until it hits the $630 mark, at which time you'll begin earning these bonuses again as normal.
I like the idea since it allows you to invest earnings back into your business before you even earn them and it helps people get started. I'm not so sure it would be worthwhile if you paid $634 for 3 referrals 'somewhere' in your downline. That is quite a bit of money and there's no way of knowing how motivated these 3 people will be to build their businesses.
Getting Started & Staying Active
The only cost to join is $79 upfront and $59 every month thereafter, that's it. Probably the simplest mlm Ive ever seen in terms of joining and keeping it running.
A lot of companies have elaborate joining options that unlock certain earning levels and huge monthly costs to join and stay active each month so this is refreshingly simple and cost effective.
Would I Recommend This To People?
As I said earlier, I am not a rep for this or any other mlm company so I have nothing to gain if you join or not. That said, I really believe (based on what I have seen) that this is one of the more legitimate mlm's I've seen.
Rodney isn't your typical mlm 'guru' trying to ram his opportunity down your throat which is very rare I can assure you. I like the way his main promo video cuts right to the chase and starts explaining the nuts and bolts of how the company works and what the opportunity is all about. The same goes for his product videos.
I also think the pricing, compensation plan and products are fair and add real value to people.
The main thing you need to realise with this is that it can be the greatest opportunity on the planet but without traffic (website visitors) you won't make a dime. Never buy into the notion that you'll build a profitable mlm business by just inviting 3 people you know, who will do the same and somehow you'll build a profitable business.
This simply doesn't happen. You absolutely need traffic and there's really only 2 ways to get it: free and paid.
Both have advantages and disadvantages but the main thing is that free traffic takes time and effort to build while paid could stop you dead in your tracks if you don't know what you are doing and spend into oblivion.
The traffic you can leverage ethically and professionally for free is by far the best in my opinion and can lead to tons of targeted traffic to any offer you might have:
free traffic==> targeted leads = customers & partners = money in your bank
chasing family and friends = broken dreams and frustration

What I Liked
- The CEO is not a typical guru, he actually seems pretty genuine from what I have seen
- The opportunity contains very little hype and is very ethically marketed in my opinion
- The products appear to be of real value at a very fair price which is so rare in mlm it's not funny
- The opportunity is very reasonably priced in both getting started and staying active
- Compensation plan is super simple and fair for distributors
- They give you a way to get your first reps and tools to grow your business that will actually help you
What I Didn't Like
- Company is very fresh and may possibly have had a failed launch already given what I explained at the beginning of this article
- The marketing on the main corporate website leaves a bit to be desired and I think it would give the company more credibility if they updated it
- Do not provide the actual compensation plan document on any websites I've seen
- Confusing refund policy
This company has surprised me to be honest and appears to be a reasonable opportunity if you know how to drive traffic and build your team. Time will tell how great the products are but they do have potential and are better than many mlm companies selling overhyped wellness products.
I think the low cost, useful products and the income potential along with the non-guru style approach position this as one of the more respectable opportunities. I have not tried these products personally so it really depends on how well they really stack up. Whatever you decide, hopefully this has helped you get some insight and make a more informed decision about joining.
