If you want a proven way to get high quality and dirt cheap clicks on Facebook, this is a training course you won't want to miss. You are shown how to setup a fan page, create ad campaigns and the basics on monetizing with physical products. I'll show you what I found after buying.
I stumbled across a review of this product a few days ago by chance, it caught my attention because I've been interested in learning more about Facebook ads lately. Facebook is hands down one of the best paid traffic sources going so if you get the right training behind you, it's well worth it.
Anyways, the guys behind this product are Stephen Gilbert, James Slides and Sam Finlay who claim this is an "idiot proof" way to drive crazy low-priced clicks to your opt-in page or sales page.
Who doesn't want that right? I figured it sounded decent enough to pay 47 bucks for so I gave it a go...
What Is Penny Clicks Academy?
In a nutshell, this course shows you how to setup a Facebook Fan Page, easily add content to the page and strategies to get tons of cheap 'likes' and clicks to whatever you're promoting. The training is geared towards the drop shipping model (selling physical products you don't own) as oppose to promoting affiliate products.
Upsells After Buying
There were only 3 upsells in this funnel which is about the average and they did seem pretty worthwhile to be honest. I didn't buy these though as I like to see how well the core product stacks up first.
#1 DFY Campaign Academy ($77): This is a series of 'done for you' ad campaigns and extra training on monetization and a case study from what I can see.
#2 Social Ad Suite + Social Pixel Suite ($77): The first tool helps you create ads and the second is a WordPress plugin which helps you setup your FB pixel code.
#3 Penny Clicks Mastermind ($197): This seems pretty cool actually. You get 4 weeks of 'small group' coaching, access to a private FB group and personal help with your campaigns.
Inside The Members Area
The course consists of a welcome video and 12 training videos to get you from FB newbie to cheap clicks. There was a lot of worthwhile training and I'll give you an overview of the main elements rather than a long winded verbatim so you know what to expect if you decide to buy.
Choosing a Niche
James starts out by talking about how most people get stuck on choosing a niche and provides some insights into choosing a niche that'll make you money with his method. He also explains why he targets different kinds of niche's when it comes to selling physical products as oppose to digital info products.
He recommends checking if the niche is profitable first and foremost as oppose to just chasing your passion. I get his point, especially when it comes to selling physical products with paid traffic. But I do think there's a balance to be had depending on the marketing strategy you are going with.
Either way, this was a worthwhile section of training and it's not difficult to understand and take action on which is key to getting started. Your first niche probably won't be your last so it's more important to just choose one and get going.
Building Out Your Fan Page
In the first part of this section of training, James recommends setting yourself up with Facebook Business Manager account. I've only just been getting into this myself, but it's basically a way to have multiple ad accounts all under one roof. At first I hated it because I had no idea what I was doing, now I love it. My point being, this can be a little daunting at first, but it's not hard once you get into the swing of things and it's worth setting up.
He then shows you the step-by-step on setting up your actual fan page and adding content with a unique method I had not seen before. I won't give it away, but it looks like a great idea for adding good content quickly and easily.
Creating Your 'FB Like' Campaign
This is where the real insights start to come in when it comes to getting cheap clicks. James walks you through the process of creating a 'FB Like' campaign which is basically setting your goal for likes instead of some other conversion metric.
He also gives you some nice insights into getting the most bang for your buck and it's safe to say he knows very well what he is talking about. By the end of this video you will have a fully functioning fan page setup and the foundation of getting cheap likes. The reason you want likes is because it leads to engagement and people who will follow your page, where you will be selling stuff.
The Monetization Strategy
The first thing I really liked about this section is how James puts a strong emphasis on understanding your audience before trying to sell products. This is a very important concept and it's worth paying attention to what he is teaching with this.
There are a couple of examples of different strategies you could use which are working well right now according to James. He also walks you through choosing a product to drop ship from Ali Express and provides some great insights on this.
By this point you will have a good grasp on choosing your niche, setting up your fan page, getting people engaged and even choosing decent products to promote. The 'money part' is not as comprehensive though, and will require addittional research and spending to get into motion.
Ad Campaigns & Optimization
This is where Sam takes over and walks you through the process of setting up a profitable ad campaign to sell your products. I personally found this to be the best part, because it delves into ad creation and optimization which is why I wanted this course to begin with.
This is also where the true genius of this system starts coming together and where it ties in with the training James has provided on the like campaign previously. At this point I could really see why this is super powerful and not just another FB ads training. This is a unique targeting and ad campaign strategy and one I believe would be extremely powerful when executed properly.
The Sales Funnel
I don't think it's fair to say this is where the training fell down, but it is where you'll need to dig into your pockets and do your homework if you want to actually make money. This is because you need a sales page, autoresponder, order processing system and other tools to make the 'money part' work.
There are many ways you could do this, but they recommend using ClickFunnels which is a good product, although it does cost a pretty penny at $97 monthly (no pun intended). ClickFunnels pretty much takes care of everything though and makes life super easy, so it's worthwhile even outside the scope of this system. The other cool thing about CF is how it can be integrated with ecommerce platforms like Shopify through a software called Zapier.
My point being you have many options available so how much it costs depends on how you go about it.
One thing I did want to breifly mention is automation. You are shown how to sell super low priced products which means you need to be selling boatloads to make it worthwhile. That's fine, but if you are drop shipping that could mean a lengthy process for a small payout. I did manage to find a nifty little tool called Oberlo though, which integrates with Shopify and looks pretty cool. Just how well it works in with Clickfunnels though I honestly don't know, but I thought this may help you. If you are going to get into this I recommend talking to the guys and doing your research to figure out a scalable approach.
What I Liked

What I Didn't Like
- Geared towards physical products
- Monetization part could potentially stumble newbies (although nothing time and effort wouldn't fix)
I think this is a great product and it's well worth the 47 bucks!
When I first went into this I was expecting an in depth training on mastering Fb ads, and it turned out to be more about setting up a dropshipping business using cheap FB clicks. I personally have my hands full with my online business already so I'm not looking to delve into physical products right now, but I still found the training on FB ads to be well worth the price of the product. I'm glad I bought this.
Also, James does say this works better with physical products, but I think the overall concept could be applied to promoting digital products to an extent. No doubt I'll test this at some point in the future and I'll try to test this theory without losing too much money lol. Anyways, this is a great product and I hope this review was helpful! Cheers
