Jeff Bishop’s Portfolio Creator (Full Review)

Hello and welcome to my review of Jeff’s Portfolio Creator.

I discovered this service through a presentation on the Raging Bull website, where Jeff Bishop was talking about a “little-known tech stock” at the heart of America’s “$2.3 Trillion revival.”

By the time I’d finished watching the video, I was taken to the order page for his service, Jeff Bishop’s Portfolio Creator. So if you want to learn about the tech stock he’s talking about in the video, you need to buy his service for $49 (or $149 if you choose the Platinum option).

Is it the real deal?

Jeff’s Portfolio Creator isn’t a scam. Jeff Bishop is a real investor with a solid track record and, as a member, you get 12 months access to his investing insights, stock picks and several bonus reports. Overall I think you get a lot of value for the price.

That said, there are some drawbacks to consider, and just because something is legit doesn’t mean it’s going to be right for you. So let’s take a closer look at what this is all about and how it works, so you can decide if joining is the right choice for you.

The Teaser – Jeff’s “Little-Known” Tech Stock Pick

One thing you’ll find if you spend enough time around these types of investing services is that there’s almost always some sort of “hook” that leads you into it.

In some cases, it’s a presentation about a particular stock opportunity almost nobody knows about. Or in other cases, it’s about some kind of revolution or mega-trend set to rock the world of investing.

Either way, in almost all cases, if you want to find out what that investing opportunity is all about, you need to buy the service.

Which is pretty much what’s happening here, too. In Jeff’s presentation, he talks about how a “little-known tech stock is at the heart of America’s imminent $2.3 trillion revival.”

He says that, given recent events, many companies could start bringing their factories and manufacturing plants home. And as a result, unleash a $2.3 trillion windfall for the economy.

He goes on to say that, in order to make this happen, these companies will need to invest heavily in certain technologies and sectors. For example, artificial intelligence, smart warehouses, robotics and so forth.

Which makes sense to me.

Because, if you think about it, the reason many companies have factories overseas in the first place is cheaper wages. So if they bring their factories home, one of two things are likely to happen.

One is that product prices go through the roof due to the increasing costs these companies experience. And the other is they invest in technology in order to automate everything and hire as few people as possible. Which is the more likely scenario in my mind.

So Jeff may be onto something here after all.

Either way, if you want to know which stock he has his eye on, you need to join his paid service – Jeff’s Portfolio Creator. So let’s take a closer look at what this is all about.

What’s Jeff’s Portfolio Creator About?

Jeff Bishop’s Portfolio Creator is a subscription service that provides you with 12 months worth of Jeff’s investing insights, stock picks and several of his bonus reports.

Each month, you get a fresh newsletter via email that walks you through a new stock Jeff is interested in and detailed insight into why he’s chosen that stock. As a member, you get insight into the fundamentals of each stock pick, along with when Jeff is buying, how much and when he’s looking to sell.

The way this works is similar to other programs I’ve reviewed on this blog over the years, such as Paul Mampilly’s Profits Unlimited and Ray Blanco’s Technology Profits Confidential.

The basic idea is to join for $47 and learn as much as you can from Jeff, with the aim of creating a successful stock portfolio of your own.

Here’s a breakdown of what you get as a member:

  • Monthly newsletter and stock pick: As a member, you get a newsletter delivered to you each month, for 12 months, that provides you with detailed insight into Jeff’s latest stock pick and why he’s chosen it. Including a full report on the company and fundamentals.
  • RagingBull Investor eletter: Members also get access to articles published by Jeff Bishop that provide insight into things like emerging trends and what’s going on in the market.
  • Weekly updates: Each week, Jeff provides updates on the model portfolio, which helps you stay updated on how his stock picks are performing and his thoughts on each.

As part of your membership, you also get access to several bonus reports. Each report deals with a specific stock or trend that Jeff is interested in. So even though these are just “bonuses,” many people join just to get access to these since they contain Jeff’s #1 stock pick, the one he mentioned in the video.

Here’s a breakdown of each bonus report:

  • Bonus report 1: The #1 Tech Stock At The Heart of America’s Trillion-Dollar Revival
  • Bonus report 2: The Rebound Report: Three Sectors Poised to Bounce Back
  • Bonus report 3: The Seven Tech Sectors to Own Right Now
  • Bonus ebook: The 10X Your Portfolio Blueprint

How much does all of this cost?

The cost of joining is $49 for 12 months. And that gives you everything I just mentioned. However, if you don’t want to pay $49 every year, you can get the VIP Platinum membership option which costs $149 one-time, you just need to pay the $1 yearly renewal fee.

Worth mentioning is that Jeff also has a similar service called Jeff Bishop’s Portfolio Accelerator, which is a more advanced membership for $2,999. So if you do join Jeff’s Portfolio Creator, you’ll more than likely be encouraged to join the more expensive “Accelerator” service at some point.

Can you get a refund if you’re not happy?

Nope. This subscription is sold through a company called RagingBull, which Jeff is the founder and CEO of, and most of the services I’ve seen them provide don’t come with a refund.

Who’s Jeff Bishop – Real Investing Guru?

Jeff Bishop
Jeff Bishop

Jeff Bishop is the man behind Jeff’s Portfolio Creator, an investing expert with decades of experience, and founder of what he says is the fastest growing investment education company in the world, RagingBull.

Jeff is quite well-known within the investing space and from what I can tell, he has an impressive track record.

He’s been investing in things like options, ETFs and stocks for more than two decades and is known for spotting opportunities within the technology sector, and for taking advantage of emerging trends.

So he’s definitely a legitimate investing guru.

And as part of RagingBull.com, he also works with other experts like Jason Bond and Jeff Williams to provide quality investing and trading education to people from all over the world.

I’m not saying that everything he recommends is going to make you lots of money, chances are it won’t because nobody gets it right all of the time. But Jeff does provide a lot of value to his members, so you may well benefit from the information he shares by joining one or more of his services.

Other programs he runs include Bullseye Trades, Total Alpha and Jeff Bishop’s Portfolio Accelerator. The latter of which costs $2,999 and is more or less the optional “next step” for members who join Jeff’s Portfolio Creator.

Bottom Line

Jeff’s Portfolio Creator is Jeff Bishop’s entry-level subscription service that costs $49 and provides you with 12 months worth of his stock picks and investing insights.

On one hand, it’s legit and aimed at helping you make money from emerging trends and tech stocks that Jeff believes could provide solid, long term gains. So it could be worthwhile depending on your goals and circumstances. At the very least, you will likely learn a thing or two from Jeff.

On the other hand, I personally wouldn’t join this expecting to get rich quick, or hoping you’ll make lots of money just by following someone else’s stock picks. Because in my experience, that is not likely. I’ve spent $10,000’s on services like this over the years and one thing it taught me is to educate myself as much as possible, rather than just blindly following someone.

So if you do join, it might be worth taking the time to read each newsletter and research everything further, before risking your hard earned money on a given stock tip.

In any case, I’m not affiliated with Raging Bull or Jeff Bishop, so I’m not going to drop a link here telling you to join. I’ve shared my opinion about what I found, from here it’s up to you what you decide what’s best for you. Whatever you decide, I hope you found this review helpful!
