Welcome to my review of Insider Profit Groups.
This is a new ClickBank product that claims you can “turn $9 into $11,252 per month” with a “little known secret”. Apparently, this ‘system’ allows you to tap into a $4.7 billion “honey pot”.
Sounds cool, but is it legit or just another scam?
Let’s take a closer look to find out…
Insider Profit Groups Review
I came across the Insider Profit Groups website (insiderprofitgroups.com) today via a spammy email someone sent me.
The site consists of a sales video presented by Steven Jason (which is a pen name), who claims he’s making $1175 per day using this system. And now he wants to teach you how to do the same.
To be honest this reminds me of other ClickBank products I’ve recently reviewed like Club Shanghai and Silk Road Effect. These sites pitch a similar thing, and end up disappointing you once you buy. In other words, lots of hype but very little substance.
What’s this ‘system’ all about anyways?
Insider Profit Groups is a training program that teaches you how to create a Facebook group and promote affiliate products to group members to earn money.
This is nothing new and it’s certainly not a “secret” as the sales pitch makes out. Both Facebook groups and affiliate marketing have been around for many years now.
The good news is you can definitely make money this way. So while there is some hype on the sales page it’s not completely full of it like some ClickBank products are within the ‘make money online’ space.
Read on to learn more about how this program works.
How Does Insider Profit Groups Work?
The way Insider Profit Groups works is like every other ClickBank product I come across.
You receive a spammy email from some affiliate, that takes you to the sales page, where you hear lots of talk about how easy it’s going to be to make lots of money.
The cost of the product is only $9 which is nice, but if you buy, you are immediately hit with $100’s in upsells.
Here’s what I mean:
- 1st upsell costs $197 for access to the ‘Platinum Group’
- 2nd upsell costs $147 for access to the ‘Crypto Millionaires Calendar’
- 3rd upsell costs $97 and gives you access to the ‘Diamond Profit Booster’
As you can see, there’s over $400 in upsells that you are met with the moment after buying. I don’t know about you but this kind of annoys me and I think it’s misleading.
Because on one hand, the sales page tells you that you’ll learn how to make over $11k per month once you purchase the initial $9 course. Then, only after you buy, do you discover that the REAL cost is over $400.
In any case, the training itself is basically a PDF on building Facebook groups, and monetizing them with affiliate marketing.
This can absolutely work but it’s certainly not an “easy or quick” ticket to making money.
Making money with a Facebook group takes considerable effort and time, unless you plan on spending a fortune on ads. And if you want to make money with affiliate marketing, it’s not as simple as pitching offer after offer to your group.
This is a skill and like anything worthwhile, it takes time, effort and persistence to learn the ropes and build a solid income this way.
And you sure as heck won’t wanna be promoting every new ClickBank ‘make money’ product that comes out. Because the members of your group will soon leave, once they discover all you care about is pitching ‘shiny objects’ that don’t actually work.
So to sum it up.. this method definitely has merit and it can work.
But it’s going to take considerable time and effort. And in my opinion, the contents of the $9 course isn’t going to be anywhere near enough to get you there.
Verdict – Is Insider Profit Groups a Scam?
Insider Profit Groups is not a scam in my opinion.
This is a legitimate training program and you will learn some basic concepts about earning money with Facebook groups.
However, as with most product launches on ClickBank, there’s a nice dose of hype that leads you to believe it’ll be easier and quicker than it really will be. And of course, the fact that the real training costs $100’s is left out until after you buy.
What you decide to do is up to you, but hopefully this review helps either way.
The truth is, most people fail to make money online.
Because despite the wealth of opportunity that currently exists, there's too many fake "gurus" selling bunk programs that over promise and under deliver. It's a wild west.
The good news is, it IS possible for the average person to create a successful business online. I know because I've done it myself. Here's how I went from zero to $8K plus per month online.
